About you

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey instructions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience delivering client-focused ICT support services within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Extensive experience in managing corporate mobile device technologies and associated communications services.
  • Hands on experience in ICT Asset Management, with exposure to ICT Asset procurement processes.
  • Collaborative professional adept in liaising with both internal and external service providers and vendors.
  • Solid understanding in Microsoft Office with a particular strength in MS Teams and Excel.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the whole lifecycle of the asset management process from procurement to retirement of all ICT hardware across the portfolio within the business requirements to facilitate ICT hardware asset service management across portfolio within the business requirements.
  • Liaise with established service providers to manage mobile services, generate reports and respond to enquiries for customers across a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on services via a range of interaction channels, as per the organisational processes and standards to ensure optimal service delivery with a customer focus.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance utilising the Business asset management system to ensure the operating system's efficiency across the Agency.
  • Establish, document and maintain the ICT hardware assets, configuring IT assets and generating reports on their status to measure and improve the quality system, including determining the best effort model based on supply chain constraints to meet various business requirements.
  • Create, modify and maintain policies and procedures for hardware acquisition, recording, deployment, reconciliation and use, disposal and loan to ensure all ICT assets are effectively managed.
  • Raise submissions for the purchase or lease of ICT hardware and ensure all the license agreements on hardware are kept up to date to ensure compliance.
  • Manage assigned vendor accounts, billing, responding to queries, resolving issues and ensure compliance to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • Support projects and strategic deployments across NSW Centres, including travel to metro and regional locations, to ensure effective deployments of all ICT assets within the portfolio, including mobile devices.
