Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide day-to-day technical assistance, manage IT service requests, and support end users across hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
Manage and respond to service desk tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using ticketing tools.
Support user onboarding and account management activities.
Document procedures, FAQs, and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
Requirements:
1–3 years' experience in ICT support, service desk, or technical assistance roles.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity).
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile device environments.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Relevant IT diploma or degree (completed or in progress).
Exposure to software development or scripting is an advantage.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
Knowledge of remote support tools and IT asset management.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity awareness.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
