This is your opportunity to join a mid-tier Australian commercial law firm, with 800+ professionals delivering corporate and commercial legal services across the country.

You'll be involved in high-profile mid-market transactions, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions (public and private)
  • General corporate and commercial advisory
  • Reviewing and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • IPOs and secondary capital raisings
  • Due diligence and drafting reports

The team works on both domestic and cross-border deals, offering exposure to sophisticated legal work and the chance to collaborate with leading clients.

About You

We are seeking a motivated and skilled corporate lawyer to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years' PAE in front-end corporate law (candidates with up to 8 years' experience are also welcome)
  • Proven experience in M&A, business transactions, due diligence, and contract drafting
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to thrive in a mid-sized team environment
