If you're a talented Corporate M&A Associate or SA (2-7 years PAE), looking for a role that offers both challenging work and an outstanding quality of life, this could be your perfect next step.

We are seeking a lawyer to join a premier Top-Tier firm's dynamic Corporate M&A team. In this role, you'll work closely with two highly respected partners on a portfolio of complex and high-profile matters, gaining exceptional exposure across a diverse range of work, including:

  • Takeovers and public & private M&A
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Consortiums & strategic fund investments (including clean energy)
  • Complex FIRB approvals & foreign investment law
  • IPOs, rights issues, and share placement
  • Corporate governance advice (Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, Foreign Acquisitions Act)

Is This You?

  • A Corporate M&A lawyer with 2 to 7 years of PAE, ideally from a top-tier firm.
  • Possess strong academic results (GPA 5.5+).
  • Currently a Associate or Senior Associate
  • Commonwealth jurisdiction experience is welcomed so returning overseas lawyers are encouraged to apply
