WORK MIX:

You will work on high-profile matters including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions (public and private)
  • Equity capital markets and IPOs
  • Joint ventures and strategic alliances
  • Corporate advisory
  • Restructures
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Due diligence and drafting due diligence reports

The team regularly handles both domestic and cross-border deals, offering excellent exposure to complex legal work and direct client collaboration.

IDEAL LAWYER:

  • 2 to 6 years' PAE in corporate law
  • Associate or Senior Associate Level
  • Proven experience in M&A, corporate advisory, due diligence and drafting commercial contracts
  • Proactive approach with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills
