Role Description:

We're on the lookout for an experienced Brand Manager to drive [yellow tail]'s marketing strategy, innovation, and brand communications across the Australian market, while supporting key global regions.

Reporting to [yellow tail]'s Global Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic and annual marketing plans, leading campaign development, and managing brand assets and budgets to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement 3-year strategic and annual marketing plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Create and execute compelling communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and company objectives
  • Manage marketing agencies and ambassador relationships to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns
  • Oversee development and maintenance of relevant, engaging brand assets including websites and digital channels
  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to deliver new product development, packaging design, and brand extensions
  • Lead marketing analysis, reporting, and post-campaign reviews to measure success and optimise future initiatives
  • Prepare brand performance reports and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture that aligns with company values and behaviours
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, WHS standards, and safety procedures

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing, ideally at Brand Manager level within beverage or FMCG
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and communication strategies
  • Strong project management, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Creative thinker with commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
