The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped clinic where patient experience and excellence in care are at the heart of everything we do.

As an Oral Health Therapist at Smile Collective, you will:

  • Provide high-quality preventive and restorative dental care to patients of all ages.
  • Deliver comprehensive oral health education and promote good hygiene habits.
  • Work closely with our dentists to support treatment plans and optimise patient outcomes.
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through excellent communication and care.

What We're Looking For

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist.
  • Experience in dentistry as OHT
  • A friendly, approachable, and compassionate manner with patients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
