Barbagallo Group is the premier luxury dealership in Western Australia. Our brand portfolio includes some of the world's most iconic marques—Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Fiat, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Maserati, Rolls-Royce, Volvo, Polestar, Leapmotor and RAM.

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor or Trainee Service Advisor to join our Jaguar Land Rover Service Department at Osborne Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the service process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Answer incoming service-related calls and assist walk-in customers professionally
  • Prepare job cards, issue quotes, and process invoices accurately
  • Communicate with the workshop to track job progress and keep customers updated
  • Handle customer concerns calmly, efficiently and professionally
  • Contribute to the department's high Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Meet dealership and manufacturer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide daily support to the Service Manager and assist with operational tasks
  • Completion of ann mandatory manufacturer training. (Some interstate travel will be required)

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership environment preferred (trainee applicants will be considered)
  • Proven track record of performance and reliability
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Desire to build a long-term career within the automotive industry
  • Full Australian working rights
