We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a well-established transport and heavy vehicle service centre based in Belmont.This is a full-time, permanent opportunitywith a company that has a strong reputation in the industry and a supportive team culture.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences. You'll liaise between clients and the workshop team to ensure jobs are booked, scheduled, and completed efficiently. This position offers long-term stability and the chance to develop your career within a busy service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Manage job bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Provide accurate estimates, quotes, and timelines to customers
  • Liaise with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs
  • Maintain service records and administration in line with company processes
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving queries professionally and promptly

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role (automotive, truck, bus, or heavy equipment industry preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
  • Computer literacy (service management systems experience highly regarded)
  • A proactive and reliable work ethic
