Role Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
  • Book service appointments and manage daily schedule
  • Provide accurate quotes and explain repairs clearly
  • Liaise between customers and mechanics to ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle invoicing and follow-up communications
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or automotive environment (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
Hours:
  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday optional or as required)
