Responsibilities
- Review and analyze identified records in the case management system for potential duplicates.
- Accurately remediate duplicate entries based on a defined set of data rules and business logic.
- Ensure consistency and completeness of key structured information during data consolidation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
- Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to improving remediation processes.
- Escalate complex or uncertain cases to senior staff for further review and resolution.
- Record progress and maintain audit trails of changes made during data entry and remediation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement in data management.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in data entry, data cleansing, or data quality control, ideally within government or large enterprise environments.
- A strong understanding of data integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently and independently to review and update large volumes of data against defined business rules.
- Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in identifying potential duplicates or data inconsistencies.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or case management tools is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues when required.
- A current NV1 Security Clearance.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a high-impact government project focused on improving data accuracy and integrity within a critical national system. The initial contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension for up to 12 months based on project needs and performance.
