Working under the Executive Chef and Head Ched and Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen, you will have a real passion for delivering a great food experience and a desire to grow and contribute.

You will possess:
  • A relevant trade qualification, plus 2 years experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Experience delivering quality food standards in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience in function/event service desirable.
  • The experience to model an example of excellence for others to follow.
  • A willingness to contribute to the creative process of menu planning & daily specials.
  • Experience working within the pressures of a high-volume restaurant or coffeeshop desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of food safety & hygiene practices.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and nights and weekends.
