We are currently seeking a talented, experienced, and passionate Head Chef for our East Brisbane based restaurant group.
OLLI Italiano is a fast paced, modern 50 seater pizza & pasta bar. We like to say we're

With an exciting new menu and direction in the pipeline, we're looking for a creative, forward thinking chef to lead the team towards our vision to be one of the most talked about restaurants in Brisbane.
As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food, presentation and consistency. Experience in financial management of a kitchen will be highly regarded, however attitude, work ethic and cleanliness are the core attributes we look for.
We are proud of the work life balance our chefs enjoy - rarely does anyone work more than 45 hours a week, and full time employees are paid over time rates weekly for every minute over, no exceptions
As the Head Chef you are a key member of the leadership team of our restaurants, so we are keenly looking for someone who fits, understands and champions our professional team culture.
