This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Communications Lead to build and deliver the communication strategy from the ground up for the Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) Program.
The Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) Program is an enterprise-wide strategic initiative reimagining the experience our customers have when interacting with us throughout our end-to-end service offering. Working under the Momentum (scaled agile) delivery model, this role will join an already established enterprise change and delivery team.
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of communications outcomes for the program – by designing, implementing and overseeing the communication strategy ensuring that it highlights the benefits to our customers and people and drives lasting change within our business.
You will have strong expertise in advanced communication tools in a corporate setting and successful track record of working on projects of this size and complexity to embed significant change.
To be selected for this role you will be able to provide evidence of a portfolio of communications collateral you have created.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and execution of an internal communications strategy and plan for the Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) Program aligned to business priorities and employee engagement.
- Management and governance of the strategic communication approach across the entire Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) Program leveraging Suncorp internal communication frameworks and tools.
- Use innovative and visually engaging communications techniques and a variety of channels to successfully drive outcomes through design, internal digital channels, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands on Communications delivery and driving internal communications counsel and support across the Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) Program.
- Engagement across BAU communications teams, business owners and stakeholders to understand individual objectives and outcomes and identify how to simplify and align messaging into one ongoing, cohesive narrative across the Claims & Customer Service Transformation (CCT) Program.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years communications experience with sound knowledge and understanding of communications principles, best practice and emerging trends and technologies.
- 5+ years experience in transformation projects resulting in significant transformational and cultural change across an entire organisation.
- Excellent visual communication and design skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver at pace.
- Highly proficient across multiple creative and visual creative communication tools (e.g. SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite, Canva, Powtoon, Piktochart, Animaker, Infographic design etc).
