We're looking for an Executive Support & Administration Assistant who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You'll be a key team player with strong communication skills, a flexible approach, and a drive for continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll support the Founding Partner and broader administration team across a variety of operational and administrative tasks. You'll act as a liaison with key stakeholders and contribute to strategic initiatives in a collaborative, people-first environment.


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar EA/PA role, ideally in financial or professional services
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • A team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Passion for supporting business and team success

  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules for senior leader
  • Coordinate workflows between the Executive and admin team
  • Support operational and strategic projects
