We are looking for an Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month maternity leave that will support our Chief Development Officer. This role is perfect for someone who is organised and proactive with a passion for supporting C-suite executives.
**What you can expect**:
- Handle confidential documents and liaise with executives and board of directors
- Organise internal and external real estate team meetings
- Facilitate the monthly real estate sub-committee board meetings, including accurate preparation and timely distribution of real estate board packs and meeting minutes
- Follow up on deadlines and ensure that team tasks are completed
- Assist with organising team events
**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex scheduling and deadlines
