Reporting directly to the CEO, and working closely with key stakeholders, our People and Culture Leader will drive our national strategy to create a team who are client centric, excellence focused, accountable to all stakeholders, agile and innovative, change resilient and robust.
You will have a strong understanding of the relationship between service delivery, client well-being and corporate commercial performance. And can play an instrumental role in building a team that is inspired to create a best in class service delivery model for clients, their stakeholders, and the Government as the ultimate funder.
We are aspirational and lean so high levels of internal and external stakeholder engagement will be expected from this senior position, with the ability to forge and maintain strategic business partnerships both internally and externally to the business.
You will have sound professional judgement in decision-making and be innovative with a creative thinking approach. You will be suitably qualified and motivated to join a team that is focused on protecting our most vulnerable community members striving for a best practice approach across the disability and community service sectors.
**Your key areas of focus will include**:
Development and implementation of the Group People & Culture Strategy and Plan
Design and Support of a transformation plan which delivers a best in class EVP which creates, supports and protects organisational talent
Provision of strategy and advice to the executive team and board which will crystalise national P&C operations delivering on a strategic plan engineered to drive to a position of market leadership
Employee and industrial relations optimisation, risk management and compliance
National workforce management attraction, recruitment and retention
Leadership, organisational development, innovative recognition programmes
WHS, workers compensation and wellbeing
Risk Management, Reporting and KPI performance
**What you’ll need to be considered for this role**:
Tertiary Qualifications in either Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
10 years' experience in senior HR leadership role, with experience at a national level and/or with acquisition / integration experience highly valued
A desire to work at pace, rolling up your sleeves to take an active role in transformational change
Resilience and robustness to support the exacting decisions that need to be made to support rapid organisational change
Positive and strong people skills, able to build, mentor and positively lead cultural change
Experience within the healthcare sector, knowledge of SCHADS award highly regarded. with demonstrated ER/IR and investigation experience
Strong commercial acumen and sophisticated stakeholder management skills
Board level reporting experience and strong quality focus and risk mitigation skills
