Accomodation is a key component of our service offering, and this newly vacant role sits within the Accomodation Services team; reporting to the Executive Manager of Accomodation Services. The NDIS Housing Development Manager will be responsible for managing vacancies across existing facilities, as well as establishing new accomodation servives sites in partnership with external SDA providers. This will include the identification, assessment, selection and transition of NDIS participants (our clients) into new or existing housing options. You can expect: - Responsibility for developing, implementing, and reporting on the SLO Growth Plan, ensuring alignment with ONCALL's Strategic Growth Plan and agreed timelines and targets - To be building effective and collaborative relationships with key SDA providers and referrers - To implement a Vacancy Management process for individual vacancies, and an Afterhours Service capacity that meets the needs of issues escalation and resolution - Leadership responsibility that ensures the team is performing to a high standard, and that all governance, documentation, and reporting standards are met - To deliver comprehensive monthly reports addressing expenditure and financial tracking, incident reporting, staffing, continuous improvement; and potential business develoopment opportunities We will value: - Tertiary qualifications in Disability or a related sector, ideally with postgraduate studies in a business related field - Strong working experience within the Specialist Disability Accomodation and NDIS sectors - Complex problem-solving and organisational skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail; balanced with "big picture" thinking - Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, typified by effective stakeholder engagement and effective negotiation and advocacy - Experience advocating an "active support" model, based on a person-centred and individualised support model Does this sound like the role for you? - ONCALL Group Australia is a Child Safe organisation, committed to Zero Tolerance to Abuse in care.
