Ready to make your mark in a role where people, purpose, and performance come together?We're looking for an exceptional leader to join ONCALL Group Australia as our** Accommodation Manager - Victoria** — a position where your ideas, passion, and leadership will drive genuine change for individuals living with disability.You'll work closely with the National Executive Team to not only grow our Accommodation Services but to set the gold standard in client experience, service delivery, and innovation.**Your Impact**
- Champion the experience of our Accommodation Services clients, ensuring their satisfaction, well-being, and long-term loyalty.
- Lead a highly engaged, high-performing team of service delivery professionals and support workers across multiple residential settings.
- Foster a team culture built on transparency, accountability, and outstanding service.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with ONCALL’s funding partners to ensure seamless, quality-focused service delivery.
- Drive annual business development goals, identifying new service opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Partner with practitioners and clinicians to implement and monitor person-centred supports and best-practice outcomes.
- Inspire and mentor staff through tailored coaching, unlocking the full potential of every team member.

**What You Bring**
- A qualification (or equivalent experience) in Nursing, Community Services, Allied Health, or Disability Services.
- Proven leadership experience in a NDIS-focused organization, with deep insight into delivering exceptional care
- A tenacious, energetic approach — you're passionate about growth, service excellence, and positive change.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities — you thrive under pressure and love leading dynamic environments.
