**ABOUT THE POSITION**
The Branding & Communications Coordinator provides strategic and tactical communications support across the organisation. The incumbent develops and produces high quality, dynamic content for AEMG across all print and digital channels, aimed at a range of key customers and stakeholders. The role focuses on enhancing AEMG’s brand equity and recognition, and delivers on key objectives through the execution of AEMG’s branding, marketing and communications strategies. The role provides an opportunity to influence change and drive the growth of the organisation through branding and communications strategies.
A key aspect of this role will be supporting the Student Recruitment and Engagement Division activities, through strategic campaign development and content creation.
**Qualifications**:
- A degree in marketing, communications or relevant discipline and/or extensive relevant experience in marketing, branding or communications and/or student recruitment and engagement.
**Experience**:
- A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in market engagement or marketing, branding and communications environment.
- Experience in coordinating and designing digital and non-digital marketing campaigns, including experience in contributing to tracking and analysing digital metrics, and managing website content systems.
- Sound understanding of project management.
- Substantial exposure to collateral design, copywriting and editing, photography, campaign development, marketing implementation, brand implementation, website and digital media skills.
- Demonstrated analysis skills in identifying content creation opportunities to promote organisation value.
- Exposure to the design, planning and delivery of integrated internal and external communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
**Skills and Knowledge**:
- Proven ability to forward plan, prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines, as well as effectively report on outcomes.
- High levels of organisation and time management skills.
- A sound understanding of current marketing and communications methodologies and trends.
- Excellent written English and oral communications skills.
- Organisational skills of a high order, with demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and administer an expanding program.

**WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO DELIVER**
BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS
- Contribute to the development the AEMG Marketing, Branding and Communications strategies and the delivery of targeted campaigns to recruit students, engage current partners and stakeholders, as well as prospective partners.
- Support (digital and non-digital) marketing, branding and communications campaigns aimed at generating optimal market responses to AEMG’s products and services.
- Manage key digital communication channels, including electronic newsletters and content for websites and online platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase engagement through communications channels and execute digital and non-digital communications campaigns.
- Drive and support social media monitoring and provide timely reports to senior management.
- Undertake video creation and content generation, including provision of technical support, editing and publishing for different mediums.
- Support the team to effectively represent AEMG externally at events - preparing talking points and key messages as needed.
- Work with the VP Business Development to craft strategies and campaigns for new products and initiatives, and student recruitment.
- Manage relationships with third party marketing partners and vendors.
- Develop online presence including a range of e-communications and social media channels. Support the management of AEMG websites, inclusive of content development, day-to-day updating and any web build projects.
STUDENT RECRUITMENT
- Provide marketing and communications support to all of student recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
- Work with the Student Recruitment and Engagement team in their recruitment campaigns, with a primary focus on print and digital assets.
