Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancing Paralegal located in Warwick, QLD.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals in the successful completion of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience managing conveyancing files in Queensland is preferred.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and relevant government bodies.
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as contracts of sale, settlement statements, and transfer documents.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout the transaction process.
• Assist solicitors with additional administrative or legal tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal is highly regarded.
