Club Dubbo is seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant with strong bookkeeping skills to support our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-respected local club with a positive workplace culture and a commitment to excellence.
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in the club's day-to-day operations, combining financial tasks with general administration duties. You'll support the management team while helping ensure smooth internal workflows and great outcomes for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform cash and banking reconciliations
- Maintain and reconcile payables and receivables ledgers
- Accurately enter and maintain financial data using MYOB
- Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and general admin tasks
- Support compliance and internal reporting processes
What You'll Bring
- Experience using MYOB accounting software
- Solid bookkeeping experience, including payables/receivables
- Strong cash reconciliation and data entry skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- A focus on delivering great outcomes for all stakeholders
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a club or hospitality setting (not essential but highly regarded)
