About the Role

Premise is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubbo, supporting both the Dubbo and Orange offices, with overflow support to our wider Premise network. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth financial and operational administration of our projects, working closely with Project Managers and General Managers to drive efficiency and deliver exceptional client service. You'll be at the heart of project coordination – managing invoicing, forecasting, debtor tracking, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Key Responsibility
  • Prepare and manage client invoicing, billing summaries, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with PMs and GMs on forecasting, WIP, and debtor management.
  • Coordinate insourcing and outsourcing of project resources.
  • Track and support project deliverables and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in CORE/12d Synergy.
  • Manage the accounts receivable inbox and follow up on outstanding debts.
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings and support project performance metrics.
  • Delegate tasks to other PAs as needed.
Required Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar project administration role (8+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience in client invoicing and accounts administration.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and locations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
