The Company

Operating since 1987, Golf Services Management is a well established golf management company currently managing venues throughout Greater Melbourne. Our venues provide quality experiences and a high level of customer service in both golf and hospitality experiences.

Golf Services Management (GSM), operators of St Andrews Beach Golf Course, are looking for energetic Short Order Cooks to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cook and prepare a variety of basic menu items
  • Work with the team to deliver great food
  • Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized
  • Assist the Front of House staff making coffees and serving customers

About you:

  • Experience as a short order or line cook (preferred)
  • Knowledge of food safety and basic cooking techniques
  • Team player with great communication and a passion for food
  • Weekends, Public Holidays and the Christmas Period will be essential
