Your Role:

  • Prepare a variety of dishes including meats, vegetables, sauces, and salads
  • Master the art of wood-fired pizza cooking using traditional Italian techniques
  • Ensure all food prep areas comply with hygiene and food safety standards
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume pizza production (200–350 pizzas daily)
  • Assist with prep lists, stock freshness, and maintaining overall station organization

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 3–5 years of experience as a Pizza Cook or Pizzaiolo, skilled in hand-stretching dough and wood-fired ovens
  • Is dedicated to perfection and consistency in every pizza made
  • Thrives under pressure and remains positive during busy service times
  • Can work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Has a good level of English and is a strong team player
