As a qualified Greenskeeper, you will ensure our 36-hole golf course is one of the best courses in Australia, working together to maintain the Legends Course (designed by Ross Perrett) and Open Course (designed by Peter Thomson). Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, you will have a rare opportunity to join our enthusiastic team, experience and be involved in several tournaments including the Victorian PGA Championships, PGA Q School and HUGE Charity days and contribute to the success of the Golf Course.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Watering greens, tees and fairways.
  • Bunker, rough, fairway and general Golf Course maintenance.
  • Assisting with the setup of Golf Course for competition rounds and general play.
  • Operating Machinery and ensuring safe and efficient operation of machinery.
  • Irrigation maintenance.
  • Pest identification and control.
  • Help promote player satisfaction through quality maintenance.
  • Work with management to constantly improve the golf course, club grounds and teams.

Skills and Experience

  • A Trade qualification in Horticulture or Turf Management.
  • Previous experience in Turf Management or a similar role.
  • The ability to work as apart of a team.
  • Valid VIC driver's manual license.
  • The ability to commit to full time hours, as well as some weekend work on a rotating roster as needed.
