Summary:

Latrobe Golf Club is a beautiful course in the leafy suburb of Alphington, just 10 Km from Melbourne's CBD. It is bordered on two sides by the Yarra River and lined by majestic Red River Gums. We are seeking chefs and cooks with a passion for creativity and an eye for detail to assist the head chef to establish procedures and best practice.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a large scale hospitality operationA culinary professional that can deliver exceptional service Knowledge of food safety & hygieneChefs / Cooks, with a passion for cooking and the industryPeople who want to grow with in a professional team Flexibility to work a roster based on the growth of the business

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in daily operations of the kitchen Execution of the bistro / function menusImplementation processes and best practiceEnsuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

Working closely with the head chef, sous chef and venue manager to analyse competitors & market trends while providing constant & consistent development of the menu
