MW Toolbox is Australia's largest retailer and manufacturer of aluminium toolboxes, canopies, service bodies for light commercial vehicles, and aluminium trailers. Established in 1999, MW operates 38 retail shops in Australia with significant daily traffic. The company also has 5 manufacuturimg facilities in Australia. MW produces over 100,000 products annually, delivering custom-built solutions to meet the needs of both retail and fleet customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in West of Melbourne (Laverton, Campbellfield, Geelong) for one or more Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting sales, and delivering customer service. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, designing and quoting, offering product recommendations, preparing sales proposals, and collaborating with the technical team to satisfy client needs. The Sales Engineer will also provide hands-on technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
