What We're Looking For:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding service to our guests.
  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience in front office, reception, or reservations roles, preferably in a hospitality or service environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with OATs or RMS systems is an advantage (but not essential).
  • Professionalism: A friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (both face-to-face and on the phone).
  • Team Player: Able to work well under pressure, both independently and in a team environment, with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong administrative abilities, including attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Flexibility: Full availability and flexibility to work across rotating shifts (i.e sick leave, holiday)
