Pay Rate: $30.35 – $38.78 per hour (depending on role and experience)

What We're Looking For:

Front-of-House Supervisor

• Experience in restaurant supervision
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Confident knowledge of food, wine, and elevated service standards
• Calm under pressure with excellent communication
• Ability to lead floor operations, manage guest flow, and handle feedback professionally
• Hands-on attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Willingness to train and support FOH team development

Front-of-House Waitstaff

• Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or guest-facing roles
• Knowledge of food, wine, and service etiquette (or willingness to learn)
• Warm, confident presence with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide full table service, take accurate orders, and guide guests through menus
• Comfortable explaining steak cuts and wine pairings
• Organised and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to assist teammates and maintain a polished, elegant section
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts

Kitchenhands & Dishwashers

• Experience in kitchen or fast-paced hospitality settings preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and quick on your feet
• Ability to wash and sanitise dishes and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain clean, organised workstations and support hygiene standards
• Assist with basic food prep and support chefs during service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and adapt during busy periods
• Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
