The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Source and qualify employer leads via LinkedIn, Seek, referrals, or networking
- Introduce our recruitment and migration service packages (training provided)
- Follow up with leads and close job orders (domestic hire, LMT, or visa-based)
- Work with our in-house team to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate lead records (template provided)
- 20–30% commission on recruitment placements
- 10–15% commission on bundled migration + recruitment packages
- Realistic earning potential: $2,000–$10,000+/month
- Work from home, on your time, your way
- Full training, marketing assets, and onboarding support
- No cap on commission, ever
- Sales-minded, self-motivated, and outcome-focused
- Background in recruitment, HR, education, or migration services preferred
- Strong written/verbal English and client communication
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and job boards
- Bonus: You speak Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, or Vietnamese (not essential)
