Job Opportunity:

The Group General Manager will oversee multiple business units, comprising four operational manufacturing plants and several showrooms, with a team of over 460 employees across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Develop, implement, and execute group strategy to deliver overall business, people, and performance targets through business unit leadership teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage business units to achieve effective and efficient operations with a focus on improved productivity and return on investment.
  • People, Culture, and Engagement: Build and execute engagement strategies to make the organization a desirable workplace and contribute to a premier performing culture.
  • Customer Service: Strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales volumes by providing a quality customer experience and superior product performance.
  • Sales and Marketing: Manage sales operations by developing and implementing strategic sales plans while enhancing the organization through a values-based consultative sales performance culture.
  • Business Development: Continuously improve the business in line with our and group's strategy and plan, promoting and leveraging opportunities.
  • Systems and Controls: Safeguard company assets and comply with group policies and procedures.
  • Personal Development: Grow and develop as a leader through our Leadership model.
