About the roleWhat you'll do
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers, providing technical direction and best practices
  • Recruit, mentor and retain Chapter members supporting career growth and performance management
  • Drive strategic capability uplift across digital correspondence and full-stack engineering disciplines
  • Enable continuous delivery and automation practices to enhance delivery speed and efficiency
  • Support delivery of resilient, low-latency digital platforms and services
  • Provide technical oversight and incident support for CCM platforms and integrated systems
What you'll bring
  • 8 years in technology, including 4 years leadership within complex environments
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing engineering teams
  • Experience with EasySuite software and digital correspondence platform integrations highly regarded
  • Strong technical foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and scripting (Python, Groovy, Bash)
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and TDD practices (Maven, Jenkins, Git, JUnit)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, DynamoDB)
