About Your New Role

We are seeking a full-time professional to lead daily operations, team performance, and service planning across various settings. This role involves providing high intensity crisis intervention, discharge, transition, and stabilisation supports to individuals with complex needs and disabilities.

Our team delivers specialist solutions designed to equip customers for their new chapter. By joining us, you'll become part of a group of experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers who are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations, team performance, and service planning across SIL, In-Home, Clinical, and Community settings.
  • Support complex needs and implement positive behaviour support plans in line with legislation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive service improvements.
  • Promote growth through flexible, customer-focused solutions and effective referrals.

Requirements

  • Current Open Driver's Licence
  • Current Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Extensive experience in Complex Health & Challenging Behaviours
  • Qualification in Human Services, Social Sciences or equivalent
