Product Ownership Expert Opportunity

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for establishing and evolving product ownership practices, designing and implementing frameworks and programs.
  • This role involves virtual leadership to product owners across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment of product ownership practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of product owner chapters
  • Capability uplift and implementation
  • Collaboration and influence
Requirements:
  • Exceptional relationship building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and business partners.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a product owner or similar with deep expertise in product ownership practices.
  • Certified training in agile methodologies such as certified scrum product owner (csfo), safe product owner/product manager (po/pm).
  • Proven ability to align product outcomes with business goals.
  • Leadership experience in agile environments including leading cross-functional teams.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing product owners through community leadership.
  • Experience working in financial services preferably within the insurance sector.
