About the opportunity
Step into a high impact role within our People Systems team. As the Product Owner, Talent Acquisition & Engagement Systems, you'll be part of a collaborative and purpose driven team that's enabling simplified, effective system experiences that support our workforce and business strategy. You'll lead the evolution and execution of the Talent Acquisition technology roadmap aligning system investment to our strategic priorities. You'll also lead the enablement of our enterprise listening through platforms like Qualtrics.
What you'll deliver with us
You'll be responsible for partnering with the relevant COEs to translate their strategic aspirations into the product technology roadmap. Success in this role means platforms are maintained to the evolving business requirements, effort is prioritised for ROI, and you're supporting a high performance culture. You'll work cross functionally with Centres of Expertise, Enterprise Services, and delivery partners to ensure system initiatives land with impact and are aligned with broader enterprise priorities.
You'll also
- Own, lead and develop the system product roadmaps aligned to the P&C and COEs strategy.
- Drive ongoing stakeholder engagement to ensure the system evolution aligns with compliance and strategic needs and not overinvest in tactical enhancements
- Lead the team and manage resources and capacity including estimating work size for system delivery and enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end system support and enhancements, including initiative delivery, vendor release coordination, and support activities.
- Champion commercially sensible solutions that deliver meaningful business benefits.

You'll also need
- Proven experience in product ownership or system administration of Talent Acquisition systems (Avature desirable, but not essential).
- A strong understanding of HR frameworks, specifically capability and performance, including related compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders, with a focus on strategic alignment and commercial outcomes.
- Solid technical knowledge of HR systems configuration, governance, and delivery models in complex environments.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, or a related field (with Avature certifications desirable).
