About The Role
This position is responsible for completing a diverse range of administrative activities to support the smooth and safe running of SG Fleet's facilities as well as tasks supporting wider business operations. In doing so, the incumbent adopts a strong 'customer service' mindset to provide assistance and support a broad group of internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders. This position also plays a fundamental role in supporting employee engagement.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all visitors to SG Fleet's office, ensuring they have registered in the login system and are well informed of relevant procedures while on SG Fleet's premises.
- Manage and direct all incoming telephone calls through the reception call queue.
- Attend to the sorting and distribution of all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. Management of all records and archiving requirements.
- Provide support with all facilities and Health & Safety related requirements.
- Provide general administrative and processing support to the wider business.
- Be responsible for security pass management, ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional work environment.
- Assist facilitating employee engagement initiatives which can include events, catering etc.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- A clear focus on understanding the needs of internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to provide efficient and accurate office administration services, in line with delivery expectations.
- Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills.
- Strong organisation & prioritization skills - meets specified deadlines & reports regularly on progress.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance and building management.
- Previous experience in Workplace Health & Safety is ideal.
- Good Microsoft Suite skills.
- First Aid qualification is favourable.
