Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this is a great opportunity for you to pave your career by learning a wide range of processes in your role as a Customer Service Representative.

This is a hybrid role from Monday to Friday, which will offer great work life balance as you work from home two days per week.

Successful candidates must commit to 4 weeks of training that will be carried out onsite.

Role Responsibilities

  • Inbound calls relating to a range of customer enquiries while delivering an exceptional client experience to our customers and the dealer network
  • Responding to written correspondence received from clients or our dealer network
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers
  • Taking ownership of complex matters and participating in change implementation activities
  • Contribute to the success of the wider Operations team, by supporting other areas from time to time

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and Senior Management
  • Previous contact centre experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Financial Services or tertiary qualification in a relevant field (completed or ongoing)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrable proficiency across the MS Office suite or Excel is highly regarded
