The Role

We're seeking a warm, attentive Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for participants. You'll guide callers through program details, handle enrolments, and ensure each person feels respected and supported from first inquiry to program completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
  • Build natural rapport with participants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Enrol and process participants, ensuring accurate data entry and payment handling.
  • Track attendance and program milestones, following up as needed.
  • Liaise with facilitators, courts, and internal team members to keep information current.

About You

  • A caring listener who makes people feel heard and understood.
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive or emotional conversations.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow compliance procedures.
  • Previous customer service or call-centre experience (community or education sector a plus).
