National Australian owned Food Manufacturing business, delighting tastebuds across the Country with their family favourite creations are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their successful team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
- Development and monitoring of routine equipment maintenance with a strong emphasis on preventative maintenance.
- Fault finding, monitoring and maintenance of production equipment.
- Analysing records and identifying opportunities to improve maintenance programs.
- Assist management with costs, estimates for labour hire requirements and budgets.
- Adhering to all quality, food safety, WH&S and environment policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in the MEX program

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Mechanical fitting experience
- Previous experience in a high volume, automated food manufacturing environment, FMCG highly preferable.
- Knowledge of complex pneumatic systems, packaging machines, conveyors, ovens, and mobile plant.
- Experience with stainless steel fabrication and TIG welding
- Experience with the MEX system and/or other CMMS software.
- Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical
