What You'll Do

  • Own the allocation strategy across our store network, ensuring the right product hits the right store at the right time.
  • Partner with Planning, Buying, and VM to launch new ranges with impact—based on store profiles, layouts, and customer demand.
  • Monitor replenishment daily to maximise availability and minimise missed sales.
  • Use data to identify allocation opportunities that drive performance and elevate the customer experience.
  • Deliver weekly reporting and insights that help us move faster and smarter.
  • Be the heartbeat of our dynamic merchandising engine, flexing allocations in real time to respond to trends and trading.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in allocation or replenishment in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for numbers, trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Experience with allocation systems and inventory analytics.
  • A proactive mindset and a bias for action—you don't wait, you make it happen.
