About the Role
By crunching the numbers, you will identify opportunities to increase sales through merchandise allocation across best and worst performing stores—directly influencing profitability. Managing stock from delivery to distribution, you'll maximise store potential through effective allocations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Allocate stock to stores in line with brand guidelines, focusing on key ranges and promotions.
- Review and manage store stock levels, working closely with the operational team.
- Manage replenishment at style and size level, ensuring stores are always set up for success.
- Monitor stock levels for new store openings.
- Conduct monthly reviews of store and DC stock levels.
- Produce weekly bestsellers reporting and run ad hoc retail reports.
- Constantly monitor sales and stock quantities to achieve optimum stock on hand levels.
- Maintain systems integrity through accurate data reporting and information management.
- Work collaboratively across teams to manage deliveries into the DC and flag potential issues.
- Assist the Planner and Junior Planning Manager with ad hoc tasks.

- Previous allocations experience (advantageous but not essential).
