About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Linen & Accessories Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of design projects by managing our linen and accessories area, while supporting our Interior Design Consultants & Warehouse Logistics teams.

This inventory-focused role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills, reflecting the high standards of the Guest brand.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory control: packing/unpacking accessory and linen items, maintaining stock levels, managing spreadsheets
  • Laundering and sorting ex display linen
  • Managing the linen and accessories within the warehouse and ensuring a safe working environment is maintained
  • Testing & tagging of all lamps and electrical appliances (full training provided)
  • Attend on-site installations: unbox accessories, make beds and steam linen
  • General upkeep of the staff kitchen areas

  • Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Practical problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure autonomously and within a team
  • Basic computer software skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus
