JRA is expanding and we're looking for driven On-Road Sales Representatives to join our team. If you know how to hustle, build relationships, and close deals, this is your chance to earn uncapped commissions selling high-quality aluminium windows and doors into the residential and commercial builder markets.
This is a commission-only role – no salary cap, no limits, no excuses. If you're motivated, the earning potential is huge.

What You'll Be Doing
- Win new business with builders, architects & developers
- Reconnect with past clients & nurture existing accounts
- Cover key growth regions:
- Sydney Metro (North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Western Sydney)
- Central Coast / Newcastle
- Wollongong / South Coast
- Canberra / ACT
- Promote JRA's premium aluminium windows, doors & skylights
- Provide first-class after-sales service & maintain long-term client relationships
- Report on market activity & competitor trends
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience (windows/doors, building materials, or construction preferred)
- Confident, persuasive communicator with strong relationship skills
- Self-motivated, resilient & target-driven
- Comfortable working independently on the road
- Driver's licence essential
