About the role
As the Principal People and Culture Partner, you will play a key role in driving workforce engagement and culture initiatives across Community and Oral Health Services. You will partner with leaders to implement people strategies, support workforce planning, and deliver impactful organisational development programs that enhance performance and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and delivery of People and Culture strategies aligned with Metro North Health's goals.
• Partner with leaders to develop and implement workforce and organisational development initiatives.
• Provide expert advice, coaching, and support on people, culture, and management issues.
• Drive engagement and leadership capability through targeted programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate across People and Culture teams to deliver cohesive and effective people solutions.
