About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide support, advice, and leadership in the development and implementation of the People and Culture
• strategy for the relevant facility or directorate.
• Actively promote, lead, and facilitate people and culture solutions across the facility, ensuring alignment to existing facility specific strategies and delivery of the Metro North People and Culture strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enable the development and implementation of People and Culture programs and solutions across all streams and professions at the facility or directorate.
• Deliver focused programs, in a cohesive and coordinated way, to enhance leadership capability, increase engagement and bring about positive cultural change across the facility – for example, succession planning, executive on-boarding and other tailored programs to address opportunities within the overarching People and Culture Strategy.
