We're looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Back of House Host to help keep our venue running smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor.

What you'll be doing:

  • Organising vouchers, wristbands, reserve signs, and booth/table assignments before opening
  • Ensuring all opening and closing checklists are completed
  • Checking in regularly on booths, bottle service waitresses, and reception
  • Providing exceptional customer service and clear communication with the team
  • Managing stock, props, walk-out presenters, and keeping your station clean and tidy
  • Staying across bookings, updates, and data entry.
  • Knowing the venue layout like the back of your hand
