Role Overview

We are seeking a Casual Chef to join our team and bring passion, creativity, and consistency to our kitchen. You'll be responsible for preparing and delivering a range of Irish-inspired dishes, pub classics, and seasonal specials that complement the friendly, laid-back vibe of our venue. This is a casual position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with our Irish bar menu and daily specials.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistently meet our standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with front-of-house and bar staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimizing food waste.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
