We are seeking a hard-working and vibrant Wait Staff to provide excellent customer service, high-quality products and bring that spark to the Friday's family.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Creating a presence at our venue entrance,
- Greeting and checking in guests and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Assisting with function setup and table layouts
- Co-ordinating bookings across the venue
- Generating extra customers off the street and upselling menu
- Driving our internal loyalty program
- Liaising with management and staff as needed
- Developing repeat business by creating lasting impressions with guests from the moment they walk in, until they leave and can’t wait to be back
- Assisting with guest feedback and rectifying any issues
- Providing support to the waiters/ Waitresses when required
- Answering the phones and taking bookings, enquiries and providing information about our brand to the guest.

**What does success look like?**
- Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable however not essential
- A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards
- Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
- Eligibility to work in Australia
