What You'll Be Doing:

  • Teaming up with the Field Operations Manager to keep projects running smoothly across the state
  • Hitting the road to visit stores in your region
  • Leading and coaching a crew of merchandisers and project staff
  • Rolling out new store setups, relays, and refits
  • Answering team questions and keeping things on track (sometimes outside 9–5)
  • Jumping in hands-on when needed — setting up, moving stock, and placing products
  • Making sure KPIs are met and clients (and customers) are happy

About You:

  • You've led teams before, or been the "go-to" person others rely on
  • Retail or hardware experience (Bunnings is a big bonus)
  • A natural coach — positive, encouraging, and able to bring out the best in people
  • Cool under pressure, solution-focused, and always looking for smarter ways to work
  • Hands-on, not afraid of a ladder, and happy to get physical when needed
  • Flexible to travel with the occasional overnight stay
